Cornea Systems, Inc. ("Cornea") warrants your new Cornea
display(s) against defects in material and workmanship during the warranty
period from the date of the original purchase of the new product within
the territory. If a product proves to be defective in material or
workmanship during the warranty period, Cornea will, at its sole option,
repair or replace the product with a similar product, provided the
purchaser adheres to certain return authorization procedures and
guidelines. For better service, Cornea strongly encourages you to register
your product by filling out the warranty registration card provided with
your product or register online. Otherwise we will use the date of
manufacture plus 3 months.

- One Year Return and Replace (Shipping is covered both ways)
- Our Service Center (Teleplan) will issue a call tag to pick up the
defective unit and ship it to their facility. We will test the unit
within 5 working days. Then, we will either ship back the repaired unit
or ship a replacement unit (if it can not be repaired at Cornea's sole
option). The product will have a 30-day warranty from the repaired/
replace date or the rest of the warranty period which ever is
greater.

- The limited warranty does not cover the repair of damages occurring
after you purchase the monitor in shipping or in storage or that are
caused by disaster, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, mishandling,
improper packaging or shipping, unauthorized repair or modification, or
acts of God.
- This limited warranty does not cover repair of monitor display
quality degradation resulting from failure of following the
manufacturer's instructions with respect to proper handling, operation,
installation, usage, service and maintenance of the monitor.
- Cornea shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential
damages resulting from the use of this product.
- DO NOT open the monitor housing under any circumstances. By opening
the monitor housing you will expose yourself to possible electrical
dangers and void all warranties.
- IMPORTANT NOTE:
This warranty applies only to products being used
for private and domestic use. This warranty does not cover products
being used for the following purposes.

- In order to receive the 3-year Advanced Cross-Ship service, you must
register the unit within the first year of purchase. Be sure to keep an
original sales receipt for your records.
- If repairs are necessary, and you are entitled to service under the
terms and conditions of the limited warranty, a replacement unit will be
sent to you in exchange of your defective unit for repair during the
three year product warranty period.
- With the Advanced Cross-Ship service, shipping is covered in both
directions. A return-shipping label will be included with the
replacement unit.
- If an Advanced Cross-Ship service is desired, you will be required
to submit a copy of your sales receipt and a valid credit card number,
with the account in good standing, as collateral.
- Your credit card will be charged if the defective unit is not
received within 25 days from the processed date.

A copy of the
original proof of purchase will be required to establish the original date
of purchase for all warranty service. If it is not available, the warranty
period and Return & Replace service will be considered to begin from
the date of manufacture.

Warranty
geographic territory covers the continental United States and
Canada.

Replacement of a product or parts may include remanufactured, refurbished
parts or components. The product replacement is warranted for 60 days or
for the period remaining on the original warranty, whichever is
greater.
Replaced/repaired products will be shipped via UPS delivery,
to any point within the territory. Extra freight charges will apply for
expedited shipping, if such service is available.

In
many cases, your monitor may not need repair. Before you contact us,
please consult the troubleshooting section in your user's guide or
Cornea's FAQ webs page at http://www.corneasystems.com/faq.php?PHPSESSID=cdd640eba789521fee2c36b55d57a467
to see if you can easily remedy the problem yourself.
If neither of the approaches resolve your Cornea monitor
problem, please locate your proof of purchase date, indicated on your
receipt or invoice. Get your product model and serial number (MPxxxx-xxxx
on the back of your monitor) and have the product in front of you when you
call us.

Cornea
Systems, Inc. has adopted the following pixel criteria to supplement our
existing three-year limited warranty. This policy to all standard Cornea
Systems' LCD displays during the warranty period.
Cornea Systems set limits on all standard LCD is 4 bright
sub-pixels, 4 dark sub-pixels, or a combination of 4 will be covered under
3-year warranty. (This offer is not included in Manufacturer Refurbish
Warranty)

DISCLAIMER: This warranty applies only to products being
used for private and domestic use. Without limitation of the foregoing,
Cornea's products are in no event designed for, and Cornea has no desire
to make products available for, life support, critical care, medical,
safety equipment, aircraft navigation, nuclear facility use, or similar
applications where Product failure could result in loss of life or
personal or physical harm. Accordingly, Cornea disclaims all liability,
and customer assumes all risks and claims arising from any such use of the
Products.
* This improved warranty offering will be effective for all
Cornea Systems units purchased after September 1, 2002.
